Currently, we deliver within Switzerland only.
We plan to expand to the UK and EU in the near future.
All Swiss orders include free 3-day delivery, with VAT already included in the price — no extra fees or duties upon arrival. See Shipping & Deliveries for more info.

Orders are prepared within 24 hours once payment is cleared and are usually posted the next working day.
Swiss Post typically delivers within 2–3 business days.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email support@solviarituals.com within 30 days with clear photos. You also will need to ship back your item, here in Switzerland, for a replacement or full refund…
