We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

  • Courier: Swiss Post Priority / A-Post

  • Cost: Free on all orders

  • Tracking: Provided automatically

Returns & Exchanges

📌 One Size Fits All

All SolVia Rituals™ bracelets are designed with a one-size, 17 cm+_ elastic comfort fit.

Because the sets are hand-assembled and elastic, size exchanges are not required or offered.

🚫 Change of Mind Returns

As a small-batch, hand-assembled boutique, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • personal preference

  • “does not suit me”

  • ordering by mistake

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand fully behind our craftsmanship.

If your bracelet arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right either by a replacement or by a full refund.

How to request a replacement:

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery:

  2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  3. We will approve your return and provide our private return address.

  4. Please re-pack the entire set:

  • all three bracelets from the triad

  • the magnetic gift box (clean, unmarked)

(The “Handmade With Love” tag does not need to be returned.)

  1. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  2. Once received and inspected, we will send an immediate free replacement of the same triad OR a full refund, depending on which you would prefer.

Return Conditions

To be accepted for inspection, returned items must be:

  • complete (all 3 bracelets from the triad)

  • in immaculate, unworn condition

  • unmarked, undamaged

  • returned in the clean original box

  • received within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, damage, or missing components.

Private Returns Address

For security and privacy, our returns address is not listed publicly.
Once we approve your return request, we will provide full instructions and the correct address.
