By purchasing from our boutique, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These policies are intentionally clear, direct, and respectful — so you always know where you stand, and what you can expect from us.


1. About SolVia Rituals™

SolVia Rituals™ is a Switzerland-based, founder-led boutique offering small-batch, hand-assembled gemstone bracelet triads.

Every piece is designed in Switzerland and crafted with care, intention, and meticulous attention to detail.

We value:

  • and safety…

Safety: Our beaded bracelets contain small components and are intended for adult use. They are not suitable for children due to choking risk. Please ensure items are used and stored appropriately.

Shopping with SolVia Rituals™ is fully secure.
All orders are processed through encrypted, industry-standard payment systems from checkout to delivery.

3. Shipping & Returns

Shipping (Switzerland Only)

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

  • Delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • Courier: Swiss Post Priority / A-Post

  • Cost: Free on all orders

  • Tracking: Provided automatically

Every order is inspected, wrapped, and dispatched with care.


Returns & Exchanges

📌 One Size Fits All

All SolVia Rituals™ bracelets are designed with a 17 cm ± elastic comfort fit.
Because the sets are hand-assembled and elastic, size exchanges are not required or offered.


🚫 Change of Mind Returns

As a small-batch, hand-assembled boutique, we cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind

  • personal preference

  • “does not suit me”

  • accidental orders


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand fully behind our craftsmanship.

If your bracelet arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right with either:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund

How to request support

Email within 30 days of delivery:

Include:

  • photos of the issue

  • your order number

Once approved, we will provide our private return address.

What to return (for inspection):

  • all three bracelets from the triad

  • the magnetic gift box (clean, unmarked)

  • (The “Handmade With Love” tag does not need to be returned.)

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

After inspection, we will immediately send:

  • a free replacement of the same triad, or

  • a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for inspection, returned items must:

  • include all 3 bracelets (full triad)

  • be in immaculate, unworn condition

  • be unmarked and undamaged

  • be returned in the clean original box

  • be received within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns showing wear, damage, or missing components.


Private Returns Address

For security and privacy, our returns address is not publicly listed.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • the private return address

  • full return instructions

4. GDPR Privacy Statement

Your privacy matters deeply.
We collect and use personal data only as described in our GDPR Privacy Policy.

We never sell or share your data except when required to process your order (e.g., payment providers, Swiss Post).

5. Limitation of Liability

SolVia Rituals™ and LuxiMarketing Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Site or products.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.


6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.


7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notice.
Continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
